1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PresentSync, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Service Description

PresentSync is a presentation remote control app that allows you to use your smartphone to control cursor movement, annotations, and slide navigation on a desktop computer within the same local network.

3. Free and Paid Tiers

• Free Trial and Free Tier: First install includes 7 free days with unlimited use. After the trial, Free users keep all features with 30 minutes of use per day.
• PresentSync VIP (Subscription): Removes the daily time limit. Available as a monthly or yearly subscription through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Huawei IAP where supported.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings.

4. Usage Rules

• An active network connection is required to verify usage time.
• Free usage time is tracked per calendar day and refreshes at the next daily reset time shown in the app.
• When free time is exhausted, you will be disconnected from the meeting.
• Do not attempt to manipulate or bypass the usage time system.

5. Intellectual Property

PresentSync and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the PresentSync team and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer

PresentSync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
