Huawei privacy addendum

This addendum applies to the PresentSync Android build distributed through Huawei AppGallery or Huawei channel releases. It supplements the Privacy Policy on this site.

1. Scope

The Huawei channel build has the same core collaboration features as other Android builds: phones connect to a computer on the same local network for real-time pointing, annotation, and slide control. This addendum only covers payment, subscription, and distribution differences for the Huawei channel.

2. Huawei services

If you subscribe to PresentSync VIP in the Huawei channel build, subscription purchase, renewal, refund, and payment credentials are handled by Huawei IAP or related Huawei services. We do not view or store your bank card details, payment account password, or complete payment credentials.

3. Data we process

Aside from Huawei-channel subscription verification, data handling follows the main Privacy Policy. Collaboration data is transmitted only within your local network; display name, preferences, and usage statistics are stored locally on your device.

4. Network requests

The app may connect to Huawei services for subscription purchase, entitlement verification, and order status sync. It may also use network time APIs to verify the current date for usage tracking. These requests do not contain your meeting content, ink annotations, or local-network collaboration data.

5. Your choices

You can view, manage, or cancel subscriptions through your device or Huawei account subscription settings. Uninstalling the app removes local preferences and usage records; existing subscription or refund matters follow Huawei channel rules.
