PresentSync is designed with privacy as a priority. We collect the minimum amount of information needed for the app to function:

  • Display Name: An optional nickname you choose, used only to identify you in a meeting room. This is stored locally on your device.
  • Local Network Data: Cursor position, ink strokes, and other interaction data are transmitted within your local network (LAN) during a meeting session. This data is not sent to any external server.
  • Subscription Data: If you subscribe to PresentSync VIP, Apple (iOS), Google Play (Android), or Huawei IAP (Huawei channel) handles payment processing. We do not see or store your payment information.
  • Usage Statistics: We track daily free usage time locally on your device. This data is not shared externally.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide real-time cursor control and annotation features within your local network.
  • To manage your free daily usage limits and subscription status.
  • To save your preferences (language, cursor color, settings) locally on your device.

3. Data Storage

All your data — including display name, preferences, and usage statistics — is stored locally on your device. PresentSync does not operate any cloud servers that collect or store personal data. Meeting data (cursor positions, annotations) is transmitted only within your local network and is never persisted.

4. Third-Party Services

PresentSync uses Apple's StoreKit (iOS), Google Play Billing (Google Android), and Huawei IAP (Huawei channel) for subscription management. Their respective privacy policies govern how they handle payment data. We do not see or store your payment information. We use network time APIs solely to verify the current date for usage tracking — no personal information is transmitted in these requests.

5. Children's Privacy

PresentSync does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app does not require account creation or the submission of personal data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
